School Leadership

Born and raised in Canada, Megan graduated with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007, earning her Bachelor of Education degree. After dedicating nine years to teaching and coaching in southwest Saskatchewan, she relocated to Ohio with her husband and young son to explore new opportunities.

Mrs. Foster began her journey with Oakmont Education Group in 2017 with the opening of Towpath Trail High School’s East Campus in Ellet, where she taught English for 1.5 years before transitioning to the role of Assistant Director. In December 2021, she accepted the role as Director of Old Brook High School's Parma Campus. Her passion for empowering and reengaging youth is deeply rooted in her personal experiences with educators who believed in her and invested in her own education and well-being.

In Fall 2024, Megan was voted onto the Parma Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, aiming not only to enhance and cultivate opportunities for her students and alumni, but also to strengthen the communities they reside in and she works in. Soon after, she proudly joined the Young Professionals of Parma Board as the Philanthropy Director.

Outside of her roles with Old Brook Parma, Parma Area Chamber of Commerce, and Young Professionals of Parma, Megan can be found enjoying the local sports and entertainment scenes, cheering on her three children at their various activities, or exploring the local, Metro, and National Parks with her family.
