Born and raised in Canada, Mrs. Foster convocated with distinction from the University of Saskatchewan in 2007, obtaining her Bachelor of Education degree. After teaching and coaching in southwest Saskatchewan for nine years, she relocated to Ohio to experience life south of the border. Mrs. Foster’s journey with Oakmont started in 2017 with the opening of Towpath Trail High School’s East Campus. She taught English at Towpath East for 1.5 years before transitioning into their assistant director role. In January 2022, she then transferred from Towpath East to Old Brook Parma to become the director. Mrs. Foster’s passion to empower and reengage youth stems from her personal experiences with teachers who believed and invested in her own education and wellbeing.
When she's not at Old Brook Parma, Mrs. Foster can be found enjoying the local sports and entertainment scenes, cheering on her kids at their various activities, or exploring the local, Metro, and National Parks with her family.
